eComverter Terms of Use

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. To request a refund, contact our support team at support@ecomverter.com or through our Help Center at https://ecomverter.tawk.help, providing your purchase order details. Refund processing may take up to 21 working days. Refunds are not available for upgrades or purchases made after a free trial. Refund requests made by any other means than our support channels will not be honored.

All intellectual property rights in and to the services and content are owned by eComverter or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms of Use grants you any rights in or to the services or content except as expressly provided in these terms.
